Our expert mechanics can offer a thorough, professional service on all kinds of bikes. Whether it be a new gear, brake cable or a complete bike overhaul, we offer a wide range of services at competitive prices.

WHEEL BUILDING

Dave Kane Cycles have been hand-building wheels since we opened our doors in 1978. We can offer advice on rims, spokes and hubs to suit any style of rider. We also offer truing-up and replacement of broken spokes on your wheels.

CUSTOM BIKES AND UPGRADES

If you can’t decide on an off-the-shelf bike then we can build you a unique custom bike. We stock some of the best brands in the world to let you create your perfect machine. Choose your own components, accessories and finishing kit to make your bike stand out from the rest!

We also offer upgrades on new bikes purchased from Dave Kane Cycles, so if you fancy that new Cannondale, Focus or Boardman but aren't sure, then maybe upgrading to a lighter wheel set or different saddle we will help you decide.

BIKE FITTING

Our expert staff have all competed at the highest levels of cycling: this gives us unrivalled expertise in bike fitting and positioning advice. We can suggest bike sizes and custom stem sizes to suit your style and give extra comfort.
